Anthony Caradec’s distinguished career in hospitality and wine began in 1997, culminating in a specialisation in Sommelier studies. He honed his expertise globally, working from 1999 to 2001 at the five-star Grand Hôtel des Bains in Switzerland.

His experience ascended further in 2002 when he moved to London to take on the role of Sommelier at the Michelin-starred Petrus by Gordon Ramsay. Returning to France in 2007, he successfully realised his long-held ambition of opening his own restaurant focused on fine wine and bistro cuisine. His professional reach extended to Thailand in 2011, where he established a successful French pastry production until 2019.

Committed to continuous education, Anthony achieved the prestigious WSET Level 3 certification in wine and Japanese sake, alongside the Master Sake Hyogo Prefecture qualification in 2022, which led him to found the Wine & Spirit Academy Bangkok (WSA).

In 2023, he established a specialised Food & Beverage consulting firm and took on key roles developing courses at esteemed institutions globally, including Ferrandi, Cité du Vin in Bordeaux, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit and The Food School Bangkok.

In 2024, Anthony assumed the prestigious role of Executive Director at the École Ducasse NaiLert Bangkok Studio, where he continues to lead wine and sake education, organise wine tours and provide high-level F&B consulting with his WSA team.
