This intensive, one-day course covers the main types and styles of wine, common grape characteristics and the crucial principles of food and wine pairing. You will master the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT). Instruction is led by Ms. Wannakorn Watsrisawatt, an accomplished WSET Educator with premium, five-star hospitality experience. The course fee includes 6 tasting glasses, all wines for tasting, learning materials and the official examination and certification upon completion.

You will refine your understanding of core techniques, proper storage practices and the fundamentals of food and wine pairing. The program includes a tasting of five different wines to build immediate confidence.

Presented by renowned wine ambassador Mr. Bradley Mitton, Founder of Club Vivanova, this session explores the story from the first vine plantings by early settlers to Australia's rise as a modern, respected global powerhouse. Delve into the regions, pioneers & breakthroughs that shaped Australian viticulture, transforming modest colonial beginnings across more than two centuries.
